We are seeking a charismatic and driven individual with a passion for social media marketing to join our team as a Freelance Social Media Manager.

 

Job Type: Freelance

Location: Fully Remote

Hourly Rate: £16.00/hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate engaging post ideas for various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, tailored to each client’s brand and audience.

  2. Manage content schedules for clients, ensuring consistency and timeliness of postings across platforms.

  3. Utilize Trello boards to organize and track content ideas and schedules, maintaining a structured workflow.

  4. Ensure the delivery of the minimum required number of monthly posts for each client, while striving for quality and relevance.

  5. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, share updates, and coordinate efforts effectively.

  6. Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and adapting strategies as needed.

  7. Attend internal meetings with Element16 Media team members and external meetings with clients as required.

  8. Proactively communicate any issues or necessary changes to the process line, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello or similar platforms.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

  • Previous experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.
